We ask that you not park inside the integrated garage attached to the Main House (aka the ping pong arena), or on the street, or in a way that blocks access between the street and the detached garage building. Although RVs and Campers may not be parked at The Lucky Duck, you may park a boat or PWC trailer if you park it on the long flat area parallel to the driveway that is marked for boat trailers.

For the safety and comfort of all our guests and neighbors, we request adherence to our “House Rules” and “Safety and Security” sections in our Guest Guide, found here.

Our contactless, keyless check-in is a breeze! Just enter your assigned security code in our electronic locks on or after 4:00 PM on your arrival date. Check-out is equally easy. Since we provide routine cleaning and laundering of towels and sheets, when you leave, we simply ask that you empty the trash and recycling, clean any dirty dishes, put away any amenities you used, and remove your own things by 10:00 AM on your departure date.
